2022 AMS Exhibition Entry

  • ELIGIBILITY: You are 18 years of age or older, reside within the state of Alabama, are a member of the Watercolor Society of Alabama with dues current. You may renew or join WSA as a new member below.

    Please enter the information below exactly as you would like it to be listed in the Exhibition.

  • Up to two entries may be submitted. Please enter data in ALL of the fields. If your painting is not for sale, enter an insured value and leave the price field blank.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    • Frame size may not exceed 48" in either direction
    • Images size within the mat must be at least 140 Square Inches (multiply HxW, e.g. 10”x14”)
    • Upload image resolution must be 300 dpi and saved in jpg, jpeg
    • Upload file size maximum is 3MB
    • Your painting/entry title must be like this: Your Last Name-Entry letter (A or B)-Painting Title.

    AGREEMENT: Submission of this(these) image(s) of the painting(s), if accepted by the Juror of Selection, shall constitute an Agreement on the part of the artist to comply with the conditions set forth in the Prospectus, including the following:

    1. I hereby release and discharge the officers of the Watercolor Society of Alabama (WSA), its representatives, and the Exhibition Venue from any and all claims occasioned by damage or loss of said image or painting while in the possession of WSA/Exhibition Venue.
    2. No work accepted may be withdrawn prior to the close of the exhibition.
    3. Permission to reproduce the painting for educational or publicity purposes is granted to WSA/Venue.
    4. I realize that if my work is selected and I withdraw, or it does not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in the prospectus including that it has not been exhibited in another WSA show, I will be disqualified immediately. Current year awards and/or points toward signature status will be rescinded, and I will not be allowed to enter WSA exhibitions for two years.
